Pirmąjį rugsėjo penktadienį bei savaitgalį, kultūros komplekse SODAS 2123 įsikūrusi erdvė „Entity“ (Vitebsko g. 21, Vilnius) pradės trijų menininkių performansų ciklą „Trijos“. Šis ciklas yra „Vilniaus galerijų savaitgalio“ programos dalis, ciklo kuratorės – Monika Dirsytė ir Dagnė Petkevičiūtė.
Pirmąjį performansą „Perkusijos“, rugsėjo 6 d., 18 val., SODAS 2123 projektų erdvėje atliks Dagnė Petkevičiūtė, jai talkins multiinstrumentalistas Daumantas Lukošiūnas. Dagnė – kultūros erdvės „Entity“ vadovė ir kuratorė, tarpdisciplininio meno kūrėja. Jos kūrybą apjungia mitologijų perrašymas ir pritaikymas šiuolaikiniam kontekstui, o nagrinėjamos temos neišvengiamai sukasi apie kūnus, organines medžiagas, fluidiškumą. Menininkė domisi vidiniais žmogaus organizmo procesais, gamtoje randamų organinių objektų materijomis ir jų funkcijomis. Kūrėjai svarbus organinių ir neorganinių materijų lygiavertiškumo klausimas, ribų tarp subjekto ir objekto svarstymas. Instrumentalizuodama kūną tyrinėja jo ryšius su materija, kuri suvokiama ne kaip pasyvus, bet vitališkas ir įkvepiantis objektas. Kūryboje analizuoja kismą, dažnai per eko–feminizmo bei hidro–feminizmo prizmę bei siekia atskleisti skirtingas ekosistemų tyrinėjimų perspektyvas.
Šiuo kūriniu autorė kvies gilintis į kūniškumą ir moteriškumą, kurio raiška atskleidžiama per kūno skysčių medicininį, biologinį studijavimą, atliekant vidaus organų jutiminį tyrimą – perkusiją.
Antrąjį perfomansą „Abejonė“ išvysti bus galima rugsėjo 7 d., 18 val. erdvėje „Entity“. Jo autorė – Vaida Tamoševičiūtė, menininkė, lektorė ir nepriklausoma kuratorė, daugiausia veikianti performanso meno srityje. Menininkę atstovauja galerija „Meno parkas“. Kūryboje tyrinėja gėdos ir kaltės jausmus, kvestionuoja normalumo, savižalos sąvokas, lyčių vaidmenų, individo vietos visuomenėje ir motinystės temas. Pasitelkdama paprastus kasdienius veiksmus, pasikartojančius gestus, tuštumos ir nuobodulio būsenas, menininkė juos paverčia asmeniniais ritualais. Įprastą veiksmą ar objektą perkeldama į kitą kontekstą, tikrina taisykles, kelia klausimus ir persvarsto nusistovėjusias normas.
Vaida performanso metu tyrinės ryšius tarp savo vidinių patirčių, vietos ir žmonių, ieškant tarpusavio jungčių dabarties momente.
„Lyg jungia ir raizgo kažkokie siūlai mus visus, per save reikia viską perleisti, su žeme, sienomis ir žmonėmis susijungti. Iš tuštumos dar bandau ištraukti beformius pavidalus, pajausti, kad bent jau skaudėtų, kad būtų bent lašelis kraujo.“ – Vaida Tamoševičiūtė
Performansų ciklą užbaigs Akvilė Kleopatra Andruškaitė su performansu „Skūrą“, rugsėjo 8 d., nuo 15 iki 20 val., erdvėje „Entity“. Performanso autorė – tarpdisciplininio meno kūrėja, tyrinėjanti skulptūrą išplėstame lauke bei jos interaktyvias ir performatyvias galimybes. Menininkės kūryboje vyrauja sielvarto, vienatvės, priklausomybių ir kopriklausomybės temos, gvildenamos tiek per kūniškumą, tiek per žmogiškųjų patirčių redukavimą į objektus.
Performansas pasakos apie vidinę kovą su priklausomybėmis ir valgymo sutrikimais bei siekį rūpintis savimi. Pasak menininkės, gijimas vyksta ne tik privačioje erdvėje, bet ir viešumoje, kur žmonės mokosi priimti savo pažeidžiamumą, tad autorė performanso metu „priaugins“ prie savęs naują, rūpesčiu apgaubiančią „skūrą“.

The performance series “Trijos” will present the relationship of three artists with themselves and their bodies in the cultural space Entity at the cultural center SODAS 2123.
On the first Friday and weekend of September, the performance cycle “Trijos” by three artists will start in the space Entity located in the cultural center SODAS 2123 (Vitebsko g. 21, Vilnius). The cycle is a part of the Vilnius Gallery Weekend programme, curated by Monika Dirsytė and Dagnė Petkevičiūtė.
The first performance “Percussion” will happen at the SODAS 2123 project space and will be performed by Dagnė Petkevičiūtė on the 6th of September at 6 pm, accompanied by multi-instrumentalist Daumantas Lukošiūnas. Dagnė is an interdisciplinary artist and the director and curator of a cultural space Entity. Her work is united by rewriting mythologies and adapting them to the contemporary context. The themes she explores inevitably revolve around bodies, organic materials, and fluidity. She is interested in the inner processes of the human body, the matter and functions of organic objects found in nature. The question of the equivalence of organic and inorganic matter, the consideration of the boundaries between the subject and the object are important for the artist. By instrumentalising the body, she explores its relationship with matter, which is not perceived as a passive, but as a vital and inspiring object. In her work, she analyzes the change, often through the prism of eco-feminism and hydro-feminism, and seeks to reveal different perspectives on ecosystem studies.
In this work, the artist invites to delve deeper into the corporeality and the femininity, the expression of which is revealed through the medical and biological study of bodily fluids, and the sensory examination of the internal organs – percussion.
The second performance “Doubt” will be presented on 7 September at 6 pm at the cultural space Entity. Its author is Vaida Tamoševičiūtė, an artist, lecturer and independent curator working mainly in the field of performance art. Her work explores feelings of shame and guilt, questioning notions of normality, self-harm, gender roles, the place of the individual in society and motherhood. Using simple everyday actions, repetitive gestures, states of emptiness and boredom, the artist turns them into personal rituals. By placing an ordinary action or object in a different context, she tests the rules, raises questions and reconsiders established norms. The artist is represented by Meno Parkas Gallery.
Vaida’s performance will explore the connections between her inner experiences, places and people while looking for interconnections in the present moment.

The performance series will be concluded by Akvilė Kleopatra Andruškaitė with her performance “Skin” on 8 September, from 3 to 8 pm at the cultural space Entity. The author of the performance is an interdisciplinary artist exploring sculpture in the extended field and its interactive and performative possibilities. Her work is dominated by themes of grief, loneliness, belonging and co-dependence, explored both through the corporeal and through the reduction of human experience to objects.
The performance will tell the story of the inner struggle against addictions and eating disorders and the aim to take care of oneself. According to the artist, healing takes place not only in private space, but also in public, where people learn to accept their vulnerability, thus during the performance the artist will “grow” a new, caring “skin” around herself.
